Great to see our chokes in use during a well startup in Ohio!
Our team was recently in the field to provide training over lunch to ensure our client, a major operator in the Utica Shale Play, experienced no issues operating the equipment during startup.
The well campaign for this particular client consists of the provision of more than 50 chokes, including both cage and sleeve, as well as needle and seat trim options. These chokes, both manually and electrically actuated adjustable models, were 2” max orifice and rated up to 10,000 psi.
