LAFAYETTE, La. – CORTEC has been awarded a contract to supply compact ball valves, compact check valves, and flow line segments to the Shell URSA/PRINCESS project. The project, stationed for the Gulf of Mexico, will utilize two 8”nominal building block flowlines consisting of CORTEC equipment. The Ursa/Princess Waterflood topsides injection system injects filtered and treated sea water to three subsea sites near the Ursa tension leg platform in the Gulf of Mexico.
