CORTEC now offers monoflange designs, featuring a DIB (double isolation and bleed) needle valve design. The monoflanges pictured incorporate a 1-13/16” API RTJ 15,000 PSI flange face. CORTEC offers these monoflanges with other flange / hub face connections to match our customers piping requirements in pressure classes up to 20,000 PSI. Monoflanges are also offered in a variety of stainless-steel material grades and temperature classes.

For service conditions requiring a larger bore than provided by the monoflange or a ball valve DIB instrument valve, CORTEC offers 1/2″, 13/16” and 1.1” bore DIB double ball valves. The DIB ball valves are offered with a variety of flange / hub connection in pressure classes up to 20,000 PSI. The DIB ball valves are metal seated and with lipseal designs making them impervious to different chemical applications. DIB ball valves are also offered with injection quills.
