Founded in 2004, CORTEC began its mission to supply the oil and gas industry with the highest-quality flow control products backed by superior service. Our management team has roots in manufacturing that extend over 50 years. CORTEC proudly designs, engineers, manufactures, assembles, and tests our products in Louisiana and Texas, USA, under our API 6A, 6D and 16C licenses. Additionally, CORTEC has a quality program registered to API Q1 and ISO 9001.
The CORTEC brand comprises three globally established divisions: CORTEC Fluid Control (CFC), CORTEC Manifold Systems (CMS) and CORTEC Power Chokes (CPC). CFC is located in Houma, Louisiana, CMS in Port Allen, Louisiana, and CPC in Houston, Texas. CORTEC has a growing presence in the global market, with partners actively supporting our customers' needs in strategic locations worldwide.
CORTEC Fluid Control (CFC) manufactures an extensive line of Production and Drilling Chokes for a range of upstream oil and gas operations. Additionally, CFC manufactures a line of Choke Relief Valves and API Flowline Components.
CORTEC Manifold Systems (CMS) offers a comprehensive range of high-end valves, designed and manufactured to exacting project specifications. Models available include compact ball designs, conventional flanged-end valves, as well as diverter and check valves. CMS combines engineering and manufacturing resources to offer clients complete turnkey valve manifold packages for production, drilling, and service applications. Our Automation department is based in Port Allen and supports our full range of choke and valve products.
CORTEC Power Chokes™ has a global presence serving drilling contractors, operators, and service companies across all continents. While primarily known for chokes, it also offers a diverse range of pressure control equipment and has developed expertise in both hydraulic and electrical control systems.
