CORTEC offers monoflange designs, featuring a DIB (double isolation and bleed) needle valve design. The monoflanges shown here incorporate a 1-13/16” API RTJ 15,000 PSI flange face. CORTEC offers these monoflanges with other flange/hub face connections to match our customers piping requirements in pressure classes up to 20,000 PSI. Monoflanges are also offered in a variety of stainless-steel material grades and temperature classes.
For service conditions requiring a larger bore than provided by the monoflange or a ball valve DIB instrument valve, CORTEC offers 1/2″, 13/16” and 1.1” bore DIB double ball valves. The DIB ball valves are offered with a variety of flange/hub connection in pressure classes up to 20,000 PSI. The DIB ball valves are metal-seated and with lipseal designs making them impervious to different chemical applications. DIB ball valves are also offered with injection quills.
