CORTEC, LLC is seeking a full-time Regional Sales Manager for the Odessa/Midland, TX area. Position requires travel and working from home.
Essential job functions:
- Represent all of CORTEC existing and future product offerings to the region.
- Generate and develop new customer accounts to increase revenue, by cold-calling if necessary.
- Actively manage call schedule to adequately cover assigned territory in a time-efficient manner.
- Perform professional presentations or demonstrations of company product(s) and/or service(s).
- Penetrate all targeted accounts and create sales from within client base.
- Build and foster a network of referrals to create new opportunities for revenue growth.
- Use applicable sales management software tools to maximize sales efficiency and effectiveness.
- Frequent travel is required, often up to several hours of driving per day.
Education/Experience:
High School Diploma. 4 Year College Degree preferred. Oil and Gas Industry sales experience preferred.
Specialized knowledge, critical skills and competencies:
- Must have exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Should be self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
- A high level of integrity and a good work ethic is a must.
