CNC Operator/Set-up personnel needed for our facility in Port Allen, LA.
All work is performed in a climate controlled shop.
JOB DUTIES:
- Set up and operate conventional and CNC machine tools, utilizing experience and knowledge of machine shop procedures, materials and tooling requirements.
- Review all drawings and specifications. Become familiar with required dimensions and tolerances, operations, and setup specifications.
- Verify dimensions of finished components using various gauges and measuring devices.
- Provide markings and reference points as guides for other necessary machining operations.
- Complete required setup sheets to document setups for future uses.
- Operate a forklift and overhead crane.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2 years of experience as a CNC Operator
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Math test required for less than 2 years of experience
