Port Allen, La. – CORTEC was awarded the supplier of Stone Energy’s Amethyst boarding shutdown valve assembly. CORTEC will provide a turnkey flowline assembly consisting of 5-1/8 inch 15K and 1-13/16 inch 15K metal-seated ball valves that are fully Inconel 625 cladded in all wetted areas with Inconel 718 and 17-4PHSS tungsten carbide coated trim. CORTEC will also manufacture all of the flowline components with full Inconel 625 cladding in all of the wetted areas. Additionally, CORTEC will provide design services for the entire flowline assembly to the customer specific space requirements and also for the supporting elements which CORTEC will manufacture and supply.
