Cortec Manifold Systems (Cms) Grabs A Larger Share Of The Compact Ball Valve Industry With Acquisition Of Technical Control Systems (TCS)

Houma, Louisiana – Cortec Manifold Systems (CMS) purchased Technical Control Systems (TCS), an Array Holdings division, previously located in Oklahoma City, OK on January 14, 2009. CMS took on the TCS entire line of products, including compact ball valves, check valves, sub-sea ball valves and drilling diverted valves.

CMS currently manufactures and distributes manifold valves designed for high-pressure fluid control applications, providing users with a space-saving and lightweight design when compared to traditional ANSI and API class valves. CMS also has a variety of piping and flow line accessories available that include almost any connection type in a full range of sizes, pressure classes and materials to suit any service application.

“The acquisition of TCS will allow us to add new lines to our product line-up and better serve our existing and new customers,” said Larry Chauvin, CMS President. “It allows us to respond and adapt to the needs of the changing oil and gas industry.”
Technical Control Systems (TCS) has been at the forefront in the offshore compact manifold valve technology and service industry. The addition of TCS to the CORTEC family will allow CMS, through its compact trunnion ball valves, check valves, poppet diverter valves and sub-sea valves, to continue to deliver the industry the best in technology, experience and service.
