Houma, Louisiana – CORTEC Fluid Control has rolled out a new Extreme Service Hydraulic Choke to complement their existing product lines. Its durable trim design and large body cavity make it ideal for harsh environments. Applications include: drilling, choke and kill, coil tubing, well control, frac flow back, under-balanced drilling, and snubbing.

CORTEC’s gear operated and piston actuated designs allow the user to safely operate the choke from a distance. Its removable inlet and outlet spools allow it to be installed to any API, Union, Hub, ANSI, or other end connection. All chokes are manufactured to API 6A PSL-3 requirements.
