CORTEC Manifold Systems secured a contract through a Malaysian partner to supply compact ball valves for a production platform belonging to Petronas. This project has a scope of supply including 88 valves ranging in bore sizes from 2” to 6” nominal and pressures classes from CL 1500 to CL 2500. These specialized valve designs feature two trim sets in a single body providing redundant sealing in a very minimal footprint. All valves were supplied with weld end connections to be fabricated into the manifold assembly overseas.
